Due to the perishable nature of tea, we can only accept returns on unopened items or hardware within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the unopened tea or unused hardware in its original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship Back

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
